为促进高校优秀研究生之间的学术交流,充分利用研究生教育的优质资源,推动统计与数据科学学科交叉,2025年华东师范大学统计学院研究生暑期学校将于6月30日-7月6日线下举办。本次暑期学校邀请了国内外杰出专家学者,围绕“统计与数据科学前沿理论及方法”,聚焦机器学习、张量数据、函数型数据、分布式统计推断等领域,通过短课程和长学术讲座的形式,为热爱统计的学生和学者提供深入探讨和交流的平台。现将有关事项通知如下:

二、招生对象
国内外统计学、数据科学、大数据分析及相关专业的青年教师,博士、硕士研究生,高年级本科生。需具备良好的数理基础,对统计学或数据科学有浓厚兴趣,有志于从事学术研究工作或攻读博士学位,有较强或潜在的研究能力。
三、报名方式
本期暑期学校即日起接受报名。
1、报名及录取方式:扫描页面下方二维码提交报名申请。申请者需点击下载附件:2025年华东师范大学统计学研究生暑期学校报名表.doc。填写报名表相关内容并签署导师意见及加盖单位公章,扫描此报名表上传至问卷中。由组委会筛选报名学员确定正式学员,拟录取学员不超过50人。

2、报名截止日期:2025年6月20日,组委会将于6月24日通过邮件通知录取学员。
3、学员待遇:华东师范大学统计学院为外地学员安排住宿,出席率若低于80%,住宿费自行承担。为所有学员提供餐补(用餐地点为校内,餐票形式)。
4、学员完成暑期学校全部课程后,出席率高于80%且考核合格的,将颁发本期暑期学校的结业证书(电子版)。

Ting Li(李挺)is an assistant professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prior to joining PolyU, he was a postdoctoral associate in Yale University. He received his PhD in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research focuses on the development of novel statistical learning methods for complex data analysis, including network data analysis, brain data analysis, and imaging genetics. His research papers have appeared in high impact journals and conferences, such as Annals of Statistics, Journal of the American Statistical Association, Annals of Applied Statistics, ICML, Genome Research, and Human Brain Mapping.
毛晓军,上海交通大学长聘教轨副教授。他的研究领域包括分布式统计推断和高维数据分析。主要研究成果发表于AOS、JASA、JMLR、IEEE (TPAMI, TIT, TSP, TIFS)、ICML、NeurIPS, 《管理世界》等期刊及会议上。先后主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金项目、面上项目,入选第九届中国科协青年人才托举工程,上海市东方英才计划青年项目等。
Xiaofeng Shao(邵晓峰)received his PhD in Statistics from the University of Chicago in 2006 and joined Washington University in January 2025 as a Professor of Statistics & Data Science, with a joint appointment in the Department of Economics. Prior to this, he served on the Statistics faculty at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His current research interests include time series analysis, change-point analysis, functional data analysis, high dimensional data analysis and their applications. He is a fellow of Institute of Mathematical Statistics (IMS) and American Statistical Association (ASA). He currently serves as an associate editor for Journal of Royal Statistical Society, Series B and Journal of Time Series Analysis.
Dr. Dong XIA(夏冬)is currently an Associate Professor in Department of Mathematics at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He was a Postdoctral Research Scientist in Department of Statistics at Columbia University and a Visiting Assistant Professor in Department of Statistics at University of Wisconsin-Madison. He obtained his Ph.D. in Computational Science and Enginering and Mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2016. His research interest lies in high-dimensional statistics, machine learning theory and optimization.
Anru Zhang(张安如)is the Eugene Anson Stead, Jr. M.D. Associate Professor in the Department of Biostatistics & Bioinformatics and an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Duke University. He also serves as the Associate Chair for Research in the Department of Biostatistics & Bioinformatics at Duke University. Anru received his Bachelor's degree from Peking University in 2010 and his Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania in 2015. His research focuses on high-dimensional statistical inference, tensor learning, generative models, and applications in electronic health records, genomics, and microbiome studies. Anru has received numerous awards, including the NSF CAREER Award, ASA Gottfried E. Noether Junior Award, IMS Tweedie Award, and COPSS Emerging Leader Award. Two of his Ph.D. students have also been recognized with the IMS Lawrence D. Brown Ph.D. Student Award.
Professor Zhang Jin-Ting(张金廷)is from Guangdong Province, China. He obtained his bachelor's degree from Peking University in 1988, his master's degree from the Institute of Applied Mathematics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1991, and his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1999. Professor Zhang conducted postdoctoral research at Harvard University and served as a senior visiting scholar at several universities, including Princeton and Rochester in the United States. He is currently a tenured professor in the Department of Statistics and Data Science at the National University of Singapore, where he also mentors Ph.D. students and postdoctoral researchers.
To date, Professor Zhang has supervised ten master's students, ten Ph.D. students, and nine postdoctoral research fellows. He has published over 80 academic papers, authored two monographs on statistics, and edited one volume of collected academic papers. He currently serves, or has served, as an associate editor or editorial board member for several academic journals. Additionally, he has been part of the organizing committee for six major international conferences. His current research areas include nonparametric statistics, longitudinal data analysis, functional data analysis, high-dimensional data analysis, and more.
